Shop Drawing Coordination
Providing hands-on review support throughout the conversion of domestic design drawings into the overseas manufacturer's 3D fabrication drawings (for CNC machining).

Pre-fabrication Management
Coordinating the scope of pre-fabrication—such as pre-attaching connectors and pre-drilling for MEP—to minimize on-site work.

Sea Freight & Customs Clearance
Hands-on management of the entire process, from overseas shipment to domestic port arrival, customs clearance, and inland transport.
