Product Portfolio

A mass timber product portfolio matched to each project's purpose

MASS TIMBER KOREA offers a complete lineup of high-performance engineered wood products including CLT, Glulam, LVL, KVH, and Rib Panel. Selecting mass timber is more than a material decision — it requires a strategic approach informed by the structural system, span, intended use, exposure level, and construction conditions. From building program and structural system to budget and schedule, exposure-grade finishes, fabrication, and logistics, we analyze every project variable to recommend the most efficient and complete product combination.

01 · CLT

CLT: high-performance structural panels for mid- to large-scale mass timber construction.

Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) is a structural panel made by bonding layers of lumber in alternating directions, suitable for floors, walls, roofs, stairs, and other structural elements. It is the most widely used mass timber product for projects that must balance structural performance, construction efficiency, prefabrication readiness, and spatial quality.

CLT

Key Features

  • 01Applicable to a wide range of structural elements including floors, walls, roofs, and stairs
  • 02Enables fast on-site assembly and shorter construction schedules
  • 03Two-way load transfer provides flexibility in structural planning
  • 04Surface finish grades can be selected to match the level of exposure required
  • 05Easily integrated with design, fabrication, logistics, and installation planning

Recommended Applications

  • Public buildings
  • Office buildings
  • Educational facilities
  • Residential buildings
  • Mid-rise mass timber construction
  • Hybrid structural projects

02 · Glulam / GLT

Glulam: beam-and-column systems for long spans and structural freedom.

Glulam (Glued Laminated Timber) is a structural member made by bonding strength-graded lumber laminations, well suited to long-span designs and open spatial layouts. It delivers cost efficiency and constructability in beam-and-column schemes and performs strongly in projects that require visually exposed structure.

Glulam / GLT

Key Features

  • 01Well suited to long-span designs
  • 02Accommodates a wide range of depths and widths
  • 03Applicable across public, commercial, and industrial building types
  • 04Visual grades available for exposed-finish applications
  • 05Effective in hybrid designs combined with steel or concrete

Engineered Wood Systems

LVL · KVH · Rib Panel

An engineered wood product family for applications that demand structural performance, construction precision, and long-span efficiency. These products can be used on their own or combined with CLT and Glulam to form hybrid systems tailored to project requirements.

LVL

LVL

Engineered structural lumber for heavy loads and dimensional stability.

Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) is a structural product made by bonding thin wood veneers, offering high strength, consistent quality, and excellent dimensional stability. It is well suited to structural plans that require precision fabrication and heavy load capacity, and is widely used in beam, column, and panel systems for large-scale projects.

Key Features

  • High strength-to-weight ratio
  • Excellent dimensional stability reduces the risk of deformation
  • Well suited to factory fabrication and prefabricated production
  • Effective in structures subject to heavy loads
  • Compatible with hybrid designs combining other materials

Recommended Applications

  • Industrial facilities
  • Warehouse facilities
  • Heavy-load structural members
  • Long-span beams
  • Hybrid structural systems
