Product Portfolio

A mass timber product portfolio matched to each project's purpose

MASS TIMBER KOREA offers a complete lineup of high-performance engineered wood products including CLT, Glulam, LVL, KVH, and Rib Panel. Selecting mass timber is more than a material decision — it requires a strategic approach informed by the structural system, span, intended use, exposure level, and construction conditions. From building program and structural system to budget and schedule, exposure-grade finishes, fabrication, and logistics, we analyze every project variable to recommend the most efficient and complete product combination.

01 · System & Composition · Rib Panel

Rib Panel: long-span floor and roof solutions with integrated service space.

Rib Panel is a high-efficiency mass timber system that achieves long spans with low self-weight. It is well suited to floor and roof structures where structural depth, material efficiency, service integration, and construction speed must all be considered together.

Logs are processed into thin lamellas or members, then laminated and bonded with precise control over fiber direction and grade. This process distributes defects and stress concentrations, significantly improving structural stability and dimensional accuracy compared with solid timber.

Thickness, layup, and connection details vary by required performance, and the optimal combination is reviewed at the design stage based on the project's span, loading, and exposure conditions.
