Privacy Policy
Mass Timber Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") values the personal information of its users and complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act. 1. Personal Information Collected and Method
The Company collects the following personal information in order to handle consultation requests and service inquiries.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.
- Responding to customer inquiries and consultation requests, verifying identity, and securing a reliable communication channel.
3. Retention and Use Period
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purposes of its collection and use have been fulfilled. However, when retention is required by applicable laws, the Company retains personal information for the periods prescribed by such laws, as follows.
- Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
4. Destruction Procedure and Method
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purposes of processing have been fulfilled.
- Destruction procedure: Personal information whose purpose has been fulfilled is transferred to a separate database or table, retained for the period required by applicable laws, and then destroyed.
- Destruction method: Information in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that prevent the records from being recovered.
5. User Rights and Methods of Exercise
Users may at any time review or modify the personal information registered about them, and may request withdrawal of consent or deletion if they do not agree to the Company's processing of their personal information. Such requests may be submitted in writing, by phone, or by email to the Privacy Officer, and the Company will take action without delay.
6. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices (Cookies)
The Company uses cookies, which periodically store and retrieve information about users. Users have the option to allow or refuse cookies; this can be controlled through the settings of the web browser. (However, refusing to store cookies may make it difficult to use some services.)
